6. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via direct deposit

  • Pricing is in AUD and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or to reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee. 

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services, refunds are only available for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe. There are no refunds for completed sessions.

9. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, brand names, and proprietary techniques - is owned by Simone Gilbert unless otherwise stated. Use of this material without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
